Title: Nursing Supervisor Job Duties: The Nursing Supervisor
assesses, plans, organizes, develops, implements, and evaluates all
the activities related to nursing standards of care, professional
development, operational function, and communication throughout
facility. These activities will be performed in compliance with the
mission, philosophy, and policies of Crestwood Behavioral Health
Center. Actively participates in and adheres to all organizational
and departmental goals and objectives. Is responsible for the
client care delivered on clinical unit. The nursing supervisor
reports to the Director of Nursing Services. Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications: Current licensure as a LPT, RN, or LVN in the State
of California. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Current CPR and first

Located in the beautiful central California coastal city of Santa
Barbara, clients are welcomed into our safe, calming, and homelike
environment, where they will receive compassionate recovery support
from our diverse team of clinical staff who are trained in
Trauma-Informed Approaches of care. Our clients receive
comprehensive mental health services and support for up to 23
hours. After this, they are referred to mental health services in
the community that will best meet their needs so that they may
continue their recovery journey. The salary range listed below
represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of
posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the
position will be based on factors including but not limited to
candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay
