Job Description:
Job Description We are looking for an experienced BCBA who can
provide clinical training for all new employees. Provide culturally
relevant and person-centered therapy. Understands each child’s
unique skills and behavior needs. Provide direct therapy to clients
and observation and direction to equal or lower-level staff.
Provide family caregiver training and counseling for clients and
their families. Assist in completing the Comprehensive Multi-
Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE) . Conduct Functional Behavior
Assessment (FBA) and write the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP).
Provide baseline and 6-month assessments and evaluations, using
evidence-based tools such as but not limited to, Verbal Behavior
Milestone Assessment and Placement Program (VB- MAPP) and the
Essentials for Living (EFL) as needed for individuals with autism
spectrum disorder (ASD). Ensure ITPs are completed in a timely
manner.
