Job Description:

work. Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with
some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 4 months of
Critical Care Float Pool experience within the past 3 months. •
Acute care experience is required. • BSN completion preferred
Requirements: • Candidates must have a California license (required
for submission). • This role may require floating to additional
units and locations • Local & travel allowed. • COVID vaccination
required after submission. Religious and medical declinations
accepted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious
and medical declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed
at Program: FlexCare Partner Network Program - Adventist Health.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload

expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Shift &
Scheduling: 36 - 48 hours. Floating Requirements: You may be
required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles. 7
days maximum time off 1 reference from last 2 years (Any reference
type) - required for submission 1 reference from last 2 years
(Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required Certifications: • BLS (Basic Life
Support) • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Skills
