Full-Time/Part-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and
compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our
healthcare team in California. The ideal candidate will provide
comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages,
ensuring high-quality and patient-centered care. This role requires
excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a
commitment to improving patient health outcomes. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct thorough physical examinations and health
assessments. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Prescribe
medications and therapies as needed. Educate patients and their
families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Collaborate
with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure
coordinated care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of
patient encounters. Participate in quality improvement initiatives
and continuing education. Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral
degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Valid Nurse
Practitioner license in the state of California. Certification as a
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care
Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP). Experience in primary care settings
preferred. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work
independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment
