Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Clinical
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and refinement of the musculoskeletal (MSK)
navigation model and protocols
Define workflows and requirements for the care navigation platform
in collaboration with Product and Engineering
Build and lead a high-performing team of care navigators and ensure
clinical governance and compliance
Required Qualifications
College degree in business, healthcare administration, public
health, or a related field; clinical training preferred
10+ years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare
navigation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven success in designing and scaling clinical programs focused
on patient education and navigation
Experience with technology platform development for clinical
staff
Familiarity with evidence-based musculoskeletal care and
non-surgical care pathways preferred
