Job Title: Cath Lab TechnologistMedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Lynwood, California.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to provide technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization team in a fast-paced Interventional Cardiology department.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, safe, and quality patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
• Assist in the performance of various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians to address physical, general, and psychosocial needs.
• Function under the direction and immediate supervision of the cardiologist/radiologist performing the procedure.
• Assist cardiologist during procedures by operating ancillary equipment, anticipating and obtaining catheters, wires, and other necessary inventory and medications as ordered.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment for both staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.Requirements:
  • Current License in good standing.
  • Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
  • Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.Benefits:
