Job Description:
A company is looking for a PBM Technical Operations Director
(REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Directs day-to-day technical resources for PBM Operations, focusing
on system support and problem resolution
Manages performance evaluations, hiring, and staff development to
enhance team effectiveness
Collaborates with IT to align business and technical strategies,
overseeing project implementations and change management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related
field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of
a degree
8 years of experience in an IT and/or PBM operational
environment
3 years of management experience
Strong knowledge of industry technology and operational best
practices in PBM Operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
