Job Description:
A company is looking for an Area Manager to oversee home care
branch operations and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
Establish goals for branch managers, monitor performance, and
create corrective action plans
Train home care supervisors on compliance with laws and company
policies
Gather data, prepare reports, and implement quality improvement
plans based on findings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in social work, health or social science, public
administration, or a related field
Five or more years of experience as a social service or health care
supervisor or manager
Two years of experience supervising staff providing services to
elderly or disabled individuals
On-call availability for home care supervisors 24/7
Ability to read and interpret regulatory requirements and
policies
