Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Retirement New Business Payroll and Conversions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead new business onboarding, asset transfer, and payroll implementation teams while focusing on process improvement and automation
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on complex new business solutions to optimize client satisfaction and retention
Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring service requirements are met and complex issues are resolved

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's)
7+ years of experience in the retirement business, including 3+ years of managerial or leadership experience
Strong relationship management skills with proven ability to develop collaborative approaches
Demonstrated project management leadership skills in a time-sensitive environment
Ability to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate automation efforts into solutions
