A company is looking for a Regional Manager, Immigration in the
UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee capacity planning and workforce management across multiple
regions
Provide detailed reporting on regional performance and workforce
management
Address and resolve complex escalated employee and client
complaints
Required Qualifications
10-12 years of HR and mobility experience, with at least 2 years as
a Country Manager
Understanding of UAE immigration structure and jurisdictions
Familiarity with Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore entities
Awareness of key regulatory authorities in the UAE
