Job Description:
A company is looking for a Resident Accounts Manager to oversee
financial operations and resident support for a portfolio of
properties.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and post rent in compliance with state and local
requirements
Implement collections strategies to maintain delinquency below 1%
and manage bad debt
Handle customer care issues and respond to online reviews and
inquiries promptly
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in an Assistant Manager or Bookkeeper role
within property management
Proficient in Entrata and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in collecting delinquent rent and managing post move-out
charges
A high school diploma or equivalent
Strong organization skills and ability to create urgency in rent
collections
