A company is looking for a Lead Salesforce Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and create Salesforce infrastructure while coaching
development teams
Define architecture standards and ensure scalable, reliable
applications across teams
Develop strategies for customer satisfaction and oversee system
enhancements
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience with Salesforce products
2-4 years of experience managing or coaching software
developers
Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App
Builder, and Platform Developer
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or
equivalent technical training
Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies and Agile principles
