Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Engineer 4 to join their
Customer Support team for Cloud products and security
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely technical support for Microsoft Defender for Cloud
and Sentinel, resolving customer queries through various
channels
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues related to Defender for
Cloud and Sentinel deployments
Guide customers in the implementation and configuration of Defender
for Cloud and Sentinel, ensuring alignment with security best
practices
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a tech support role
Minimum 3+ years of experience with Azure Cloud and knowledge of
Defender for Cloud, Defender for Endpoint, Sentinel, or Log
Analytics
Strong troubleshooting skills focused on cloud-based security
solutions
Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the
cybersecurity domain
