Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transformers - Global Component
Engineer - Oil & Chemicals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain standardized component requirements for
consistency and quality
Collaborate with global engineering teams to unify material
specifications and ensure compliance
Provide technical expertise to sourcing teams and assist in
negotiating supplier specifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Material Science, Engineering,
Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, or a Ph.D. with 2-3
years of experience
Preferred experience in the transformer industry and supplier
technology development
Advanced knowledge of component engineering and material
specifications
Familiarity with SAP S/4Hana and Windchill preferred
