Job Description Job Title : Non-Clinical Administrative – Authorization Representative Location: Beverly Hills, CA Start Date: January 19, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Schedule Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 8-hour days | 40-hour guarantee Pay Rate: $24/hour Description : TITLE: Administrative – Authorization Representative This role will focus on processing authorizations between the Vascular and Urology clinics located within the same building. The Authorization Rep serves as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and insurance entities. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING Required : High School Diploma or GED Flu vaccination required Experience with medical insurance, referrals, and benefit plans Minimum 1 year of recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed instructions DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, both in person and by phone Greet patients, resolve concerns, and escalate issues as needed Check patients in and out, collect co-payments, issue receipts, and reconcile payments Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information in CS-Link/Epic Schedule appointments and complete patient registration Process, track, and follow up on referrals and insurance authorizations Handle patient and provider correspondence Explain clinic policies, procedures, and services to patients Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace per department guidelines
