Looking for someone with the ability to work in a fast paced manner
with high accuracy. Someone who is highly organized and pays very
close attention to detail, comfortable taking on multiple roles and
wearing many hats, experience with marketing.
Responsibilities include:
-General office duties (e.g., answering/routing phone calls,
bookkeeping, ordering supplies, mail/shipping,
filing/copying/scanning/faxing)
-Heavy emails
-Provide support to multiple departments
-Maintain multiple databases to track status of projects,
certifications, training and etc.
