Manage all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software Manage the daily operations of the office Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records for franchise in conjunction with a CPA Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating with customers Why Join The Team? The JCA works with owners and the office staff to ensure that all jobs are costed properly, accurately, and follow the guidelines for Job Cost Accountant. You will be practicing continuous improvement every day as you establish rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow team members! Bonus opportunities based on performance Team Qualifications (Requirements): Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude Dedication to customer service Organized but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time Excellent communication skills Fluent in English Valid driver's license with a clean record Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed Desire to continually learn new things Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities): Public Relations-establish a rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow employees Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service. Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments. Be a great representative of our brand!
