Job Description Job Description We are looking for a
detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Beverly Hills.
In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial
records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting overall accounting
functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in
accounting software, and Excel. Responsibilities: • Prepare and
record accurate journal entries to support financial reporting. •
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure data
integrity. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
processes, including timely payments and collections. • Oversee the
month-end close process, ensuring all financial documentation is
complete and accurate. • Process bi-monthly payroll efficiently and
in compliance with relevant regulations. • Utilize QuickBooks and
Microsoft Excel for accounting tasks and reporting. • Generate
financial reports and assist with audits as needed. • Collaborate
with team members to improve accounting workflows and procedures. •
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and
standards. • Proven experience in accounting, including journal
entries and general ledger management. • Proficiency in accounts
payable and accounts receivable processes. • Strong knowledge of
month-end close procedures and payroll processing. • Hands-on
experience with QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. •
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial
records. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. •
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a
team. • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is
preferred.
