Culture & Long-Term Growth/Stability Job Details We are seeking a
strategic, growth-focused, and results-oriented Permanent Director
of Corporate Finance to join our team. This role will offer you the
opportunity to drive financial operations, strategy, and growth in
a dynamic and fast-paced Consumer Packaged Goods environment. You
will be a key partner to our leadership team, providing financial
insights and recommendations that will shape the future of our
business. You will play a critical role in building and improving
our FP&A process, managing reporting, and driving product and
project profitability. This is an exciting opportunity for a
seasoned finance professional to make a significant impact on our
organization. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and manage the FP&A
process, making necessary improvements to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness. 2. Manage reporting, product, and project
profitability, and provide ad hoc analysis and decision support. 3.
Develop sophisticated financial, operational, and strategic models
to drive business decisions and growth. 4. Build and manage the
long term business plan model, aligning with the strategic
objectives of the company. 5. Identify and implement cost-saving
initiatives across the organization. 6. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and
operational excellence. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 10 years of
professional experience in FP&A, with at least 5 years in the
CPG or Food & Bev industry. 2. Proven experience in building and
managing FP&A processes and making process improvements. 3.
Extensive experience in developing financial, operational, and
strategic models. 4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other
financial modeling tools. 5. Experience with SAP Oracle or other
identical ERP systems is a must. 6. Knowledge of Manufacturing
Accounting and Cash Flow management. 7. Strong financial analysis
skills and experience in sophisticated financial modeling and
analysis. 8. MBA or CPA is preferred. 9. Excellent communication
and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive
change. 10. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced,
high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
