Job Description:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role in
managing and processing accounts receivable activities for the
company. This permanent opportunity is based in San Pedro and
offers a chance to contribute to a growing Accounting & Finance
department. Client Details This role is with a mid-sized
organization within the food manufacturing industry that values
accuracy and efficiency in its financial operations. The company is

presence in its market. Description As the Accounts Receivable
Specialist, you will process and manage customer invoices and
payments accurately using QuickBooks and MS Dynamics. Monitor
accounts receivable balances and coordinate with the sales team on
overdue payments to ensure timely collections. Reconcile customer
accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Generate and
analyze accounts receivable reports to support financial planning.
Collaborate with internal teams to address billing inquiries and
provide exceptional customer support. Ensure compliance with
company policies and accounting standards in all accounts
receivable activities. Assist in month-end closing processes
related to accounts receivable. Identify opportunities for
improving accounts receivable processes and contribute to system

successful Accounts Receivable Specialist should have: Proficiency
in QuickBooks and MS Dynamics to perform daily tasks efficiently.
Three plus years of experience in Accounts Receivable. Strong
attention to detail to ensure accuracy in accounts receivable
processes. Excellent organizational and time management skills to
handle multiple priorities. Experience in the food manufacturing or
logistics industry is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively
and collaborate with team members and clients. This role is onsite
in the San Pedro/Long Beach area of Los Angeles. Job Offer
Competitive salary range of $30 to $36 per hour based on
