Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee
financial reporting processes and lead a team of accountants.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee monthly accounting close processes and ensure deadlines are
met
Provide leadership and development to a team of Staff and Senior
Accountants
Analyze KPIs and make recommendations to maximize revenue and
minimize expenses
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in an accounting or finance management
role
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,
particularly Excel
Professional demeanor with sound judgment
Ability to adapt to changing or multiple priorities
